The VDB Group and the von der Becke family make direct investments primarily in selected residential properties in Switzerland. The VDB Group has also invested for many years in Blackstone’s BREIT programme, which focuses on the American real estate market.

The VDB Group has decided a few years ago to allocate a limited % of its investment portfolio in the emerging but also volatile crypto market. It does so through a direct investment in a green crypto mining operation in Georgia, where the required electricity consumption comes 100% from fully renewable hydro energy.
